HOTEL POLICIES 

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are accepted without penalty up to 3 days before 3:00 PM from the day of arrival. Cancellations within the 3 day cancellation policy are subject to first night’s room and tax. No refunds. Please be aware attempting to modify a reservation within the 3 day cancellation period will be considered a cancellation. Advance Purchase Rates are non-refundable.

Deposit Policy
A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to hold the reservation. The credit card will be authorized pre-arrival to ensure validity, however, no deposit will be taken with the exception of an Advance Purchase Rate. In this case, the entire amount would be charged and is non-refundable.

Pet Policy
No pets are permitted on the property. Only service animals as defined under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) are permitted and must be under the handler's control at all times. Emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companion animals are not considered service animals under the ADA, and we do not allow these on-premises. Guests violating this policy will be charged a minimum $250 cleaning fee and asked to leave the property.

What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at 12 PM.

What is the minimum age to check-in?
You must be 21 or older to check-in at Indigo Inn.

Where is check-in?
Check-in occurs at the Indigo Inn, which is across the street at 1 Maiden Ln, Charleston, SC 29401.

Do you offer parking?
Self Parking is available across the street at our sister hotel, the Indigo Inn for $25/night.

Is breakfast included?
Yes, a complimentary continental breakfast is offered in the Main House daily from 7 AM - 10 AM.

Is there a restaurant on-site?
No, there is no restaurant at the inn itself. However, we are only a few short steps from some of the best restaurants in downtown Charleston. We offer a complimentary evening wine, beer & cheese reception in the Main House from 5 PM - 6:30 PM as well as a nightcap service of macaroons and sparkling wine.

Do you allow smoking on property?
The Jasmine House is a smoke-free property. A $400 fine will be collected from anyone found smoking on property. Smoking is prohibited throughout the property (including all balconies, courtyards and public areas).

Do you have an airport shuttle?
We do not offer an airport shuttle at this time, but our front desk would be more than happy to offer suggestions for transportation services. Shuttles and ride shares are also available at the Charleston International Airport upon arrival.
